The Integrity Committee is charged with determining whether or not a violation of the Student Code of Conduct has occurred and, if so, imposing the appropriate sanction(s) in cases brought before the Committee.  In situations where the Respondent acknowledges responsibility for a violation, the Integrity Committee will deliberate to determine the appropriate sanction(s).  Sanctions may include an educational sanction, verbal or written warning, loss of privileges, restitution, disciplinary probation, suspension, disciplinary dismissal, and/or a no-contact directive.

The Committee is a standing committee of the University Faculty Organization and consists of six faculty members, one of whom serves as Chair.  The Chief Compliance Officer serves as an ex-officio member with vote.  Additional information regarding the Committee and the associated disciplinary process is outlined in the University Standards for Professional Conduct section of the Student Handbook.
